Enrollment

Our students enroll in dance classes in September and end the season in June after performing in our annual dance recital. 

Tuition is based on 34 weeks of training.

The school year is divided into 3 terms and full payment is due at the beginning of each term (payment plans excluded).
$25 Registration Fee per Family per season.

A Credit Card is required for All Accounts to be kept on file in your portal to register your child. Payments may be made by cash or check only if the office is notified by email prior to the due date. If there is no notification, your card on file will be processed.

No refunds for a withdrawal from class. Makeup classes are offered when available.

Notification of the term beginning and payment due is done via school email and school texts. A cell phone number is required in your portal to receive important school info with text messaging.

Any/all late payments will incur a $10 late fee unless the Director is notified before the due date.

If you want to pay by check or cash, please notify the front desk.

Budget Plans

If your child takes 2 or more classes per term, you qualify to pay monthly. Requirements for this program will be updated prior to the start of the 2024-2025 dance season.

A $10 service fee will be added to your account at the start of each term. Please email dancecenteroffice@gmail.com if you would like to be on the budget plan.

Late Term Registrations

New students will be accepted until January 8th.

A $40 deposit is needed to hold the child’s spot in class.

Costume Deposits

A $35 deposit per class is posted in your portal on November 27th and payment is due no later than December 4th.

Recital Costume balance will be posted to your portal on March 1st and payment is due no later than March 8th. Costume balances must be paid to receive costumes.

Recital

Recital tickets will go on sale in May. Price $20-$25.
The 2024 shows will be on Saturday June 1st at Monty Tech.

Drop Off/Pick Up

Drop off is curbside at the last door. All dancers must wait inside the building to be picked up curbside. No dancer can wait outside or cross the street without an adult. 

No smoking in front of the building.

Double parking is not allowed in front of the building.

Text messages/newsletters will be emailed to all accounts monthly and can be found on our website.
